About Artist

Sean Patrick Taffe is an accomplished artist and writer who devotes much of his free time to creative endeavors.  When he is not creating he also manages his time as a working professional and a loving husband and father.

Sean currently lives in Troy, Michigan with his wife Michelle and their daughter Morela.  He is a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and has also studied at The Center for Creative Studies (CCS) and Pewabic Pottery in Detroit, Michigan.  He has been fortunate to work with such companies as General Motors, Flagstar Bank and Nordstrom and he was featured in Suburban Lifestyles newspaper.

The "Heartfelt-Greetings" characters were originally copyrighted in 1997.  Despite their simplistic design, these figures have depth that surpasses their 2-dimensional appearance.  They represent the range of human emotions and experiences and Sean hopes that they convey a universal message of LOVE to the world.

The "Heart-Beats," as the characters are also known, have been used as a part of corporate logos, illustrations for print media, greeting cards, wedding/party invitations and framed artwork.  In the near future, they will adorn everything from children's toys to home/office furniture.  Please continue to visit us for further updates.
